Please read the underlying instructions and follow it if possible

1. Please bring all your previous health papers or file with all the reports. Don't forget to bring your previous X-rays and Scans if you have.

2. If you wish to meet a specific doctor on another day (not on the allotted day as shown above), please mention this and it may be possible for the doctor to help you.

3. On arriving at the hospital visit the first floor registration counter and register yourself under the concerned doctor. A file with the doctor's name will be provided to you.

4. Urology department is located on the second floor of the main hospital building. It is called B2 ward.

5. On visiting the department one of the staff will take your history and ask for some investigations if necessary. Once this has been done the concerned doctor will see you.
