Beilian Aluminum Factory (manufacturing and sales) was set up to lead Sunlink to industry and commerce .
1994March

Sunlink Commerce Co., Ltd. was established to develop specialized markets.
1994Lecong Furniture City was established with the joint effort of Sunlink.
It is the largest furniture city worldwide and the section called Sunlink Furniture City (South) belongs to Sunlink Commerce Co.Ltd.
1995January

The brand of Mejazz was launched as the first high-end brand for imported furniture in Lecong, effectively promoting the transformation of the Furniture City .

Sunlink Co., Ltd.Hong Kong was established and has involved to Sunlink Holdings (H.K.) LTD. which actively explores the real estate business and focuses on discovering potential commercial properties. By renovation projects and readjustment of tenants, Sunlink Holdings (H.K.) LTD. improves the quality and value of the properties.

Sunlink Group was established and adopted the strategy of property investment facing mainland China and Hong Kong, aiming to explore the opportunity of group enterprise .

New Lecong Furniture City was established ( known as Sunlink Furniture City(North) .
2003November 8

Sunlink Machinery City was established in Chencun, Shunde. It has successfully held more than 10 times of China (Foshan) Machinery Expo, becoming the most influential industry property in southern China.

Sunlink Walk was established in Chencun,Shunde as the first business complex for Sunlink 's investment on department store.
2006April 29

Sunlink International Shopping Center was established in Chancheng, Foshan. It is the first center that focuses on international fashion and high-end brands in Foshan, which laid a solid foundation for Sunlink’s business network.

Sunlink Investment and Development Co., Ltd. was established to invest on funds and outstanding enterprises to yield returns and promote Sunlink’s industrial development.

The Jinmao Ramada Hotel, the first 5-star hotel in Beijiao, Shunde,and the international apartment project started to be constructed by the joint investment of Sunlink Group. They were officially opened to business in 2010.

Pilot International, the first grade A office building in Leconglaid a foundation stone and later on 1st June 2013 was officially launched to use.

2008June 15

Sunlink Lighting and Cabinet City grandly opened to bring variety to the furniture city in Lecong.
2009April

Sunlink Group acquired Foshan Baihua Valley and Baihua New Wing. Facilitated by the new subway line between Guangzhou and Foshan , this acquisition strengthened Sunlink’s business layout in Ancestral Temple business center in Chancheng ,Foshan.

Sunlink Smart Hub, a technology industry complex, was officially launched to connect Chencun with Guangzhou-Shenzhen Innovation area, providing a quality resource for start-ups in Guangzhou and Shenzhen.

Sunlink Furniture Ltd. With the establishment of SUNLINK FURNITURE LTD., Sunlink Group has opened up a new situation of furniture foreign trade. In 2020, Lepōs is created as an international household brand, building the benchmark of Scandinavian style. We have designed and developed Mudita and other 17 series with more than 100 products, entering the global market with a brand new image.

The integration of SUNPARK Shopping Center into San Long Bay area is an important highlight of Foshan's "First Ring Highway Innovation Circle" and an important platform and strategic fulcrum for Foshan to participate in the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
The project consists of 5A office buildings, high-end residences, characteristic catering,department stores and supermarket. It is the first commercial complex of 300,000 square meters providing park experience in Foshan.
