year old male from Andaman presented with Right lower
abdominal pain and mass with recurrent episodes of fever. On
examination he was found with a round well demarcated
Intraperitoneal mass occupying the RIF, umblical, suprapubic
and right lumbar region with tenderness & localised
warmth. He had marginally raised renal parameter. |
